how universities treat faculty according to teaching feedback questionaires filled by students




If faculty get good or bad scores out of teaching feedback questionaires filled by students, what will happen to the faculty? Most people get average scores so nothing happens. Will those who get very high scores get better chances of pay rise or promotion? Will those who get very low scores be deprived of chances of pay rise? Will students' final grades be viewed for reference together to assess faculty's teaching?
